I noticed an interesting thing in my YouTube account today.
There’s a graph that shows the number of times someone watched one of my unedited video tours shot in 10 minutes and uploaded to YouTube. Over the past two weeks, that number was an average of 50 video views/day.
50 video views per day.
That got me thinking about how much time it would take to actually drive around town and do 50 showings? or how much it would cost in gas to do 50 showings?
Suddenly my little $100 camcorder seems like a pretty good investment!
Let’s break it down with some real time market stats from my real estate office:
Visit my real estate website and see my listing videos
With 10 listings and 50 views per day, that means our properties are being shown COMPLETELY online 5x/day. Does that help us move property?
We’re at 98.7% occupancy.
Now visit my YouTube channel and see all of our videos
We’ve had 11,000 video views in the past 12 months. That’s 11,000 showings we didn’t have to make in person!
These are showings we only had to do ONCE with our camcorders, then let everyone watch them on our website or YouTube.
Now you see why I love camcorders. Oh, and if you look at the videos on my site, you’ll see that I never filmed them. My agents filmed them. And they learned how to do so by watching the same training films available in our online video tour training series.
When you buy the training for a one time fee, you also get plenty of SAMPLE VIDEO TOURS, with more tips and techniques to help you and your staff make more money in less time.
Stay tuned…
