Not only do we use video tours to rent our listed properties, we also use them to keep owners up-to-date on the state of their property.
Last year I came across a rare situation in which we were notified that one of our rental homes had a significant amount of illegal drugs on the premises. Immediately running over to the property to film the entire home, I instantly uploaded it to YouTube. The landlord’s mind was quickly put at ease about the situation because he was able to clearly see the condition of his investment.
