Using videos for property sales
Based on my experience, videos are taking on a life of their own, and we have a lot of people from around the world buying real estate in Florida. We are able to sell to people based on a 3-5 minute video walk-through of the property on our company website.
Video allows investors to make a decision from 1000s of miles away without the expense of travel to view the property themselves. When done well, the video gives an investor all the information they need to make an informed purchase decision without the expense of traveling to see it first-hand.
