We Saw The Potential of Video Years Ago
You can see in this interview I did with Dave two years ago that he knew video was the future of Minneapolis Property Management, but what Dave really wanted was a video on page 1 of Google, like I have for my own company. (Search ‘West Palm Beach Property Management’ in Google to find my video.)
When I proposed “So let’s shoot a video for you then!”, here was the result: a ‘homemade’ video on “Minneapolis Property Management”
Without even trying, this video is now in the top 10 search results for ‘Minneapolis Property Management”. Why?

Since making this video for Dave on my laptop two years ago, we’ve learned a lot about what types of videos get watched and bring in more business. I never charged Dave to make this video for him, although he would argue his picking up my food and beverage tab that weekend cost more than if I HAD charged him.
The good news is we still don’t charge our clients to make videos for them.
