I use these new Panasonic cameras in my business. It has a great optical-type video stabilization system that can defeat even the shakiest hands and its superb light-handling characteristics are perfect for filming in rooms with bright windows.

Panasonic SDR-S70
The Panasonic SDR-S70 the only inexpensive camcorder that I could find with Optical-type image stabilization, and wow does it ever work well for recording while walking. It records standard definition video to SD cards and utilizes a built-in microphone (cannot use the Azden mic). What makes this camcorder great for real estate, besides the optical stabilizer, is the 33mm wide angle lens for capturing more of each room.
